How do I know, the date I would receive my order?
The expected dispatch date of the order is mentioned against each product. Your order would be shipped accordingly. However these dates are merely indicative. Our endeavor will be to get the order delivered to you as fast as possible. If we forsee any delays we will update you about the same well in time. 

The product that I wanted to order is no more available. What do I do?
We do get fresh stock of whatever has been sold out. Please email us with the product code or the specifications of the product, like the color/ cost etc. We shall try locating the product for you. Because most of our products being hand crafted it could take up to 3 weeks. Or There is an "Order Inquiry" link right next to the Sold Out sign under each product, you can fill in your details and you will be notified via email once that item is back in stock. Please note One-of-a-kind items do not come back in stock.

Can I change a product in an order, that I have already placed?
It would not be possible to change products in orders, you need to get your previous order cancelled within 24hrs and place a new order.

PAYMENT
Payment I have been charged twice, for a single order that I placed with you.
 
Sometimes, due to technical issues, there are possibilities, that your card has been charged twice for a single transaction. Please email us with the order tracking number, the amount and the date of duplicate charge. We shall get back to you with a feasible solution.

Can I pay for an order, after I have received the product?
No do not offer Cash on delivery service. 


How secure is my payment and the card details?
Our Payment gateways adopt stringent security measures to ensure that critically sensitive information, such as your personal information and your credit card details, are well protected. We are using CCAvenue as our payment gateway partners. 

How do I place an order using bank transfer?
Choose payment option as Bank/ Wire transfer, You would receive an email with our bank details. Please notify our customer care, as soon as you have made the payment. On receiving the payment, we would generate the order and you would receive an email with invoice.

SHIPPING
Do you ship your products to all countries?

Yes, we are shipping globally. But restricted few counties.

Can I track my package ?
Yes, you can track your package by your order number once it is shipped by our side.

What are your shipping charges?
We are providing free shipping on all our products within India however for international shipping charges vary from product to product and also country to country. For more details on the same kindly visit our International Shipping page. 

What are the couriers you use to ship the products?
We use IndiaPost for all order. You may opt for expedited Ship which is chargeable as per the product and quantity.

 

How much time would it take to deliver after shipping the product ?

All packets are dispatched with India Post Registered Service which usually takes 15-20 days. You may opt for expedited shipping which usually takes  3-4 working days. This service is chargeable.  

Can you ship the product, faster than the dispatch date given online?
We generally try to dispatch products as soon as possible and within the dispatch date given however there are many ethnic products of ours which involves a lot of intricate and detailed work, so expediting products may not be possible, all the time.
