Made To Order Terms
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. The Terms and Conditions contain important information about ordering, processing, fulfillment and delivery of your ordered goods.
You agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions by accessing the Website, regardless of whether you create an account or make a purchase.
We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending an order confirmation email to you. We do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for:
Verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud; (The credit/debit card that is being used must be yours. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.) and
Confirming with our artisans and with our basic material suppliers.
If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
Made to order products are made specifically at the customer’s request - they are not the stocked products and every order for the same product might incorporate some custom made and extra features in respect to the artisan’s and customer satisfaction.
Thus we reserve the right to make improvements to our made to order products as and when opportunities arise.
We make 'made to order' products as requested by our customers only on a non - refundable / non-returnable basis.
The delivery time mentioned against each made to order product is tentative-as it can be very difficult to predict the exact time of delivery - this is due to the 'one off' nature of the products and occasionally the need to source the basic material.
