Return & Refunds

Returns & Refund policy

Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

Returns would not be accepted for custom made products / stitched clothing, including custom made jewels. However, we would accept returns if there is any fault from our end.

In case of any manufacturing defect in the product, we will refund the money including the shipping cost or we may replace the product without additional charges.

We would entertain the return, only if it is sent with the successful submission of the Return Authorisation Form.

All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns. We do not accept returns for any product purchased during clearance sale/ discounts etc. We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Our return address will be as mentioned on the return authorisation form. To send the returns you must fill the returns form (you need to send request for Return Authorisation Form mail us); before sending any returns.

If you have any questions or clarification you can mail us and we shall assist you on how to have the product sent back to us.

Refund on Returns:

Refund would be issued using the same mode of payment, used while placing the order.

At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

There is an admin/credit card commission cost of Rs 100 will be deducted for refund. If refund is issued as a gift voucher there is no charge applicable.

For orders placed using Bank Transfer/Cash on Delivery refunds would be issued by Gift Vouchers which can be used for the next purchase. 

Shipping cost would be deducted for both the sides in case of refund.

We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.



  1. 1.      Incorrect or outdated delivery address including any form of a PO Box address.
  2. 2.      After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies.
  3. 3.      Package refused by recipient.
  4. 4.      Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  5. 5.      Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  6. 6.      Minor color and design variation(s). As most of our products are handcrafted so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
